  • When no date is selected, prices show as from prices based on the base rate.
  • UK bank holidays are treated as Tier 4 pricing.
  • Christmas Day is unavailable for booking.
  • Christmas Eve and Boxing Day carry a 250% premium.
  • If the guest count is below the buffet minimum, the estimate is calculated using the minimum chargeable number of guests.
