Venue & booking

Everything included in your private event.

Every private event includes either exclusive use of our bar area or a dedicated section of it, along with your own bar and a dedicated bartender for the duration of your event. Buffets are only available in the bar area.

Exclusive use is available for parties of 25 or more. For parties of 24 guests or under, the bar area will be shared, with your party in a sectioned-off area.

  • Egg & cress Classic creamy egg with fresh cress.
  • Ham Traditional sliced ham served simply and generously.
  • Cheese & onion Mature cheese with a savoury onion filling.
  • Roast beef & horseradish Sliced roast beef with a classic horseradish kick.
  • Chicken mayo Tender chicken mixed with creamy mayonnaise.
Served as a mix of white and brown bread.

Buffet Items

  • Mini sausage rolls Bite-sized pastry rolls filled with seasoned sausage meat.
  • Coleslaw Crunchy shredded vegetables in a creamy dressing.
  • Cheese & pineapple sticks A nostalgic party favourite with sweet and savoury bites.
  • Mixed potato crisps A selection of crisp flavours for easy sharing.
  • Mixed olives A simple savoury selection to complement the buffet.
  • Salad Fresh mixed salad served as a lighter side.
  • Pork pie slices Traditional pork pie served sliced for buffet grazing.

The Fountain Warm & Cold Buffet

Includes everything from The Fountain Cold Buffet, but the sandwich selection is upgraded to choose any four fillings. These can include the standard fillings plus the premium options below.

Your four sandwich choices can include:

  • Coronation chicken Creamy curried chicken with a gently spiced flavour.
  • Prawn mayonnaise Prawns in a classic mayonnaise filling.
  • Tuna mayonnaise Flaked tuna mixed with creamy mayonnaise.

Desserts Included

  • Chocolate brownie with a choice of cream or custard Rich chocolate brownie served with your preferred accompaniment.

  • Thai curry — chicken or vegetable A fragrant curry option with either chicken or vegetables.
  • Chilli con carne A rich, warming chilli served as a hearty buffet main.
  • Chicken stroganoff Creamy chicken in a savoury stroganoff-style sauce.
  • Beef stew Slow-cooked beef in a classic rich gravy.

Included Sides

  • Chips Hot chips served as a classic buffet side.
  • Rice A simple side to pair with curries, stews and sauces.
  • Vegetables Seasonal vegetables served alongside the hot mains.

Optional Desserts

  • Chocolate brownie A rich chocolate dessert with a soft centre.

Bar area

Facilities & access

We have a dedicated car park and entrance for the bar area.

The bar area has its own bar serving ales, lagers, cider, wine, spirits and soft drinks.

Please note that, due to the nature of the building, we unfortunately do not have accessible toilet facilities. Toilets are accessible via a staircase to the lower floor.
